1. Acceptance
By using SPL Draft, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the site if you do not agree.
2. Entertainment-only service
SPL Draft is a free football-themed entertainment game. The Predictions Game, when available, records score predictions for points and rankings only. It is not a betting service, gambling service, sportsbook, prediction market, or financial product. No money or item of value is required to participate, and no monetary prize is offered.
3. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to create a permanent account or use account-based Predictions Game features. Users under the age of legal majority should use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate others, and do not create accounts to evade restrictions. Report suspected unauthorized access to spldraft@gmail.com.
5. Fair play and acceptable use
You may not:
- Manipulate scores, predictions, leaderboards, private leagues, attempts, or account identifiers.
- Use bots, scripts, automated requests, exploits, or security bypasses.
- Submit abusive, unlawful, misleading, hateful, or impersonating usernames or content.
- Interfere with the site, its database, other players, or service providers.
- Copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit the service or its data without permission.
6. Predictions, fixtures, and scoring
Fixture times, postponements, cancellations, results, point rules, and rankings may be corrected when official information changes or an error is discovered. Server records control deadlines and accepted submissions. A cancelled fixture may receive no points, and a postponed fixture may receive a new deadline. Decisions made to preserve fair play and correct technical errors are final.
7. Leaderboards and private leagues
Leaderboard entries or league memberships may be removed when they violate these terms, result from errors, or threaten fair play. Private-league owners may receive limited moderation tools, but they do not own participant data or gain special access to private account information.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended, corrected, or discontinued. Maintenance, internet failures, service-provider outages, schedule changes, or security events may temporarily interrupt access. SPL Draft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of every score or game record.
9. Independent project
SPL Draft is an independent fan-made project and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Saudi Pro League, its clubs, football federations, players, or broadcasters unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Intellectual property
The SPL Draft interface, original code, original text, game systems, and branding are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party names, marks, statistics, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPL Draft is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost rankings, missed predictions, service interruptions, or decisions made based on game content.
12. Enforcement
Accounts, submissions, or access may be restricted or removed when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the game.
13. Updates
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms.

1. الموافقة على الشروط
باستخدام SPL Draft فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق عليها، فتوقف عن استخدام الموقع.
2. خدمة ترفيهية فقط
SPL Draft لعبة ترفيهية مجانية بطابع كروي. وعند تفعيل لعبة التوقعات، تُسجَّل توقعات النتائج للحصول على نقاط وترتيب فقط. الموقع ليس خدمة مراهنات أو قمار أو سوق توقعات أو منتجاً مالياً. لا يُطلب دفع مال أو شيء ذي قيمة للمشاركة، ولا توجد جوائز مالية.
3. العمر
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عاماً لإنشاء حساب دائم أو استخدام مزايا لعبة التوقعات المرتبطة بالحساب. وعلى من لم يبلغ سن الرشد القانوني استخدام الخدمة بموافقة ولي الأمر.
4. الحسابات
أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات تسجيل الدخول وعن النشاط الذي يتم من خلال حسابك. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة، وعدم انتحال الآخرين، وعدم إنشاء حسابات لتجاوز القيود. أبلغ عن أي دخول غير مصرح به عبر spldraft@gmail.com.
5. اللعب النزيه والاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع ما يلي:
- التلاعب بالنتائج أو التوقعات أو لوحات الصدارة أو الدوريات الخاصة أو المحاولات أو معرّفات الحساب.
- استخدام الروبوتات أو السكربتات أو الطلبات الآلية أو الثغرات أو وسائل تجاوز الحماية.
- استخدام أسماء أو محتوى مسيء أو غير قانوني أو مضلل أو ينتحل الآخرين.
- التأثير في الموقع أو قاعدة البيانات أو المستخدمين أو مزوّدي الخدمة.
- نسخ الخدمة أو بيعها أو جمع بياناتها آلياً أو استغلالها تجارياً دون إذن.
6. التوقعات والمباريات واحتساب النقاط
قد يتم تصحيح أوقات المباريات أو حالات التأجيل والإلغاء أو النتائج أو قواعد النقاط والترتيب عند تغير المعلومات الرسمية أو اكتشاف خطأ. يحدد السيرفر المواعيد النهائية والطلبات المقبولة. وقد لا تُحتسب نقاط للمباراة الملغاة، بينما تحصل المباراة المؤجلة على موعد نهائي جديد. وتكون القرارات اللازمة لحماية النزاهة وتصحيح الأخطاء التقنية نهائية.
7. لوحات الصدارة والدوريات الخاصة
قد تتم إزالة نتيجة أو عضوية دوري إذا خالفت الشروط أو نتجت عن خطأ أو أضرت بنزاهة اللعب. وقد يحصل مالك الدوري الخاص على أدوات إشراف محدودة، لكنه لا يملك بيانات المشاركين ولا يحصل على معلومات الحساب الخاصة.
8. التوفر والتغييرات
قد يتم تعديل المزايا أو تعليقها أو تصحيحها أو إيقافها. وقد تؤدي الصيانة أو أعطال الإنترنت أو مزوّدي الخدمة أو تغيرات الجدول أو أحداث الحماية إلى انقطاع مؤقت. لا يضمن SPL Draft استمرار الخدمة دون توقف أو حفظ كل نتيجة وسجل إلى الأبد.
9. مشروع مستقل
SPL Draft مشروع جماهيري مستقل، وغير تابع رسمياً أو معتمد أو ممول من رابطة الدوري السعودي أو الأندية أو الاتحادات أو اللاعبين أو جهات البث، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك بشكل صريح.
10. الملكية الفكرية
واجهة SPL Draft والكود والنصوص الأصلية وأنظمة اللعبة والهوية محمية بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون. وتبقى أسماء وعلامات وإحصاءات ومواد الأطراف الأخرى ملكاً لأصحابها.
11. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي وحسب توفرها. وبالحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل SPL Draft مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فقدان البيانات أو الترتيب أو التوقعات أو انقطاع الخدمة أو القرارات المبنية على محتوى اللعبة.
12. تطبيق الشروط
قد يتم تقييد الحساب أو الطلبات أو الوصول أو إزالته عند الحاجة لتطبيق الشروط أو حماية المستخدمين أو منع الإساءة أو الالتزام بالقانون أو حماية نزاهة اللعبة.
13. تحديث الشروط
قد تتغير هذه الشروط مع تطور الخدمة. ويعني استمرار الاستخدام بعد نشر النسخة المحدثة قبول الشروط الجديدة.
